I am pretty confident that we will get the first win against Napa. That same confidence is what the Johansen Vikings displayed on the field as they swept Napa by a score of 11-2. Theresa with 5 RBI's and a 2 run homer helped send Napa back to the wine country. Okay that's game one and we get the W. We have third place locked up. We are all happy now and can go home right? WRONG! Now we must face Pleasant Grove...another top ranked team in the state. I am just hoping for a close game and some respect. Close game indeed but but the W is by Johansen and not PG. Not quite the intense finish like that of Sheldon...BUT still quite intense. An incredible accomplishment by Johansen beating another top ranked team in the state! Vikings 1, Pleasant Grove 0. Elk Grove get ready because Johansen is coming to town!
Pleasant Grove post game. Lizzy and Chelsea getting being interviewed by the Modesto Bee.
